How do I sign up and start using BeamReaders?

Getting started with BeamReaders is simple and takes just a few minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Go to register.beamreaders.com and complete the registration form with your practice information.

You'll just need the basics, including your name, address, phone number, and specialties as applicable. You can add additional doctors and staff members after you've signed up.

Step 2: Account Activation

After submitting your registration, you'll receive a confirmation email and be able to log in with the email address and password you specified at signup.

Step 3: Set Up Your Team

Once logged in, you can add additional users (doctors and staff) to your account. Each person gets their own login credentials. See the article "How do I add or remove accounts for doctors and staff members?" for details.

Step 4: Submit Your First Case

You're now ready to submit your first case! Here's the quick process:

1. Log in

2. Click "New Patient + Radiology Repor "

3. Enter patient information

4. Upload your CBCT scan (see "Understanding DICOM Export Requirements" for export help)

5. Submit the case

Step 5: Receive Your Report

Our expert oral and maxillofacial radiologists will interpret your scan. You'll receive:

  • Email notification when your report is ready
  • Detailed written report, with annotated images highlighting findings
  • Access to your report online anytime through your BeamReaders account
  • Ability to communicate with your radiologist on your case for follow up questions
  • Ability to share the report and files with external treatment partners (Collaboration)

What happens next?

Start submitting cases as needed. There are no setup fees, monthly minimums, or contracts. You only pay per case submitted.
